The beach of the military baths is one of them, it is a place known and appreciated by the regulars of Nice just like the different coves of the reserve right next to it. It is mainly characterized for its view of the essential diving board of Nice. Formerly open to the public, today the diving board has been transformed into a restaurant, a magnificent place where you can enjoy seafood dishes. Also next to the beach, you will find a nautical center open to all. You can then practice sailing, rowing, powerboating ...

HOW TO GET THERE

The beach of the military baths is located just behind the port of Nice, when you head in the direction of Villefranche-sur-mer. To get there you have to take the boulevard Franck Pilatte and the beach is right next to the restaurant Le plongeoir. You will find access by stairs, and also access by elevator for disabled people.

To park, there is no parking nearby, however there are a large number of paid places around the reserve, on Boulevard Franck Pilatte. In addition, there are a few free spaces on the avenue Jean Lorrain climb, at the end of the reserve. You can also get there by bus via number 38 and stop at "La Réserve".

NEARBY BEACHES

Right next to the beach of the military baths, when you pass the diving board restaurant, you can discover a multitude of coves of La Réserve de Nice. A very pleasant place, appreciated by regulars from Nice.

On the other side of the port of Nice extends the Promenade des Anglais to the airport. A magnificent bay known for its particularly blue water, and its many shops nearby.

Finally, on the other side in Villefranche-sur-mer, there is the exceptional beach of marinières, sand, turquoise seafloor and fuschia bougainvillea as a backdrop.
